Every Time You Think a Negative Thought Replace It With a Positive One

If you actively think about what you are ACTUALLY thinking about, you'll be surprised on how negative your thoughts can be. You may be thinking who cares? It's not going to hurt anybody. Well, if you have ever looked into Emoto's water experiment, which I highly recommend you look up, is about how thoughts, ideas, and words actually influence things. I won't go into a whole ordeal on what that's about because you'll have to google it or Youtube it to see for yourself. It is very interesting. Pretty much to sum it up is that good thoughts produce good outcomes. The bad thoughts produce bad outcomes.

REALLY NOTICE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
So first things first. Really dig deep on counting your negative thoughts. What kind of negative thoughts are you having? Write them down if you have to. You'll notice on how often you are thinking it without actually knowing that you do! How scary is that!?

REPLACE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH POSITIVE ONES
I tell my brother this as he has really negative thoughts about himself and others. His past always creeps up on him everyday. I say, replace these thoughts with good ones. Think of good memories that made you laugh or smile. When your baby was born or the day you got married or graduating from college. Stuff like that. I usually think of my happiest moments such as when I got my acceptance letter to nursing school or when I volunteered at primary schools and helped children or the elderly.

I tell myself mantras,

"I love you and forgive you. I am thankful and grateful to the experience as it made me a better person. Love, peace, kindness. I let it all go."

"I am beautiful, strong, and confident. I am grateful. Thank you."

It's amazing how this has turned everything around. I noticed I say this on some days I would be saying it as much as 30 times a day. Yes, you could be saying it all day if you have too. It'll make a huge difference on your mood.

I know it can be a bit skeptical at first because I was too but after diving deep into learning about the law of attraction and Emoto's water experiment, I thought to myself why not? It didn't hurt to try and there was nothing to lose besides having positive thoughts about yourself.

  1. According to Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(And actually, it is not related to genetics or some hard exercise and EVERYTHING about "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
