Have you ever asked yourself, "how do I become a better person?" It's essentially saying how do I become like this person and it's someone they admire. Anyone can be more attractive in a sense where people can be drawn to your personality. Less fatigue and more energy is the end goal to being more attractive as a person. I want to reveal my answers here in this blog post simply because I know if those around me can follow these simple steps then their life will be drastically better. It's only two tips but that doesn't mean that's all of it. I wanted to break it down to two easy things you can do to have more energy and vitality in your life.
Number one: Eat Better
I believe that diet is the most important tip on here. If there is one thing you can do from this list then I rather you eat healthy because this will affect everything else like a trickle-down-effect. If you eat healthier then you can change your life around and do a lot more. Back in 2011 I decided to make the change to vegetarianism. My reasoning was at the time was that I wanted to stop eating at fast food restaurants. I loved to eat! The problem was that I didn't control what I ate. I hardly ate any fruits or vegetables. I drink very little water and my health was in poor shape. So, if you can cut out sodas and replace them with unsweet teas and water that will make a drastic difference! Lemon water or water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar is my absolute favorites right now. It's great for detoxing your body and cleansing. You'll feel like you have more energy which is essentially what you want! I challenge you to a 30 day lemon water challenge. Drink lemon water every morning and if you can throughout the day. Another easy thing you can do is cut out fried foods and desserts because those slow your body down. Replace sweet things with fruits to snack on.
Number two: Get enough sleep
I see way too many people not get enough sleep and this affects their performance at school, at work, and in a social setting. You'll tend to make more mistakes and not be at your best. I'm guilty of this and I sometimes don't get enough sleep and it affects my work performance. Sleep is important to help your body heal. Try reading a book or do some meditation or relaxation techniques before you go to bed. Avoid drinking alcohol and stimulating activities such as exercising and watching tv at night. This can actually keep you up! It's best to do a quiet activity at night such as listening to soothing music, aromatherapy, hot bath, etc.
There are a lot more factors involved in becoming a better person such as placing yourself at a higher value, be interested instead of interesting but I want to emphasize small steps that will end up getting you there a lot faster. If you do this for a month you'll feel like you will have more energy and want more of it. I can share more tips on top of this that worked for me. I feel like I have so much energy now because I've been taking care of my body.

Skiing, Snow, & More!
As a part of my new years resolution I wanted to go out and do more this year. I wanted to meet new people and do things I haven't done before. So I decided to take a trip. Yes, I said it. I have not left Texas for so long that I felt like I have been caged in my own state. As much as I loved it here, I really needed a break. I've locked myself up for the past couple of years studying and working hard and decided to reward myself. My lovely friend flew me out to his place in CO. I went skiing for the first time and of course I had a few falls *coughs* more like fifty of them but it was so worth it. I didn't hurt myself, thank goodness! I really want to do it again. To ski for the day was like 150 US dollars. It was expensive if you ask me. The membership is 650 dollars for the year which is a better deal since you can ski at anytime. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do something new.

My Ultimate Favorite Vitamin And Enzymes!!
Hello everyone!
*Looks at non-existing watch*
Time flies! I can't believe it's January 2015! Happy new year to everyone. I am so sorry I haven't been on lately but I'll try to make it happen this year. I've been making excuses last semester and I will try my best to do better. YAY for new years resolutions. It gives us a chance to push harder and reflect back on ways to improve and what accomplishments we have achieved. There was lots happening last year and I can't believe that it's just getting better and better.
Latest news
I am still working full time and going to school. That has not changed. -_- One of these days I will be working part time and focusing on what I love to do which is blogging full time.
Hmmmm, other news.....No, I don't have a boyfriend. Sniff! Every time I walk by the Valentine's candy, it makes me cry! JK. Hehe. I feel like I don't have time for a boyfriend right now.
During my free time I've been trying to learn Korean. I do small workouts every other day still which include leg weights, donkey kicks, etc. I've been trying to incorporate sit ups and push ups to build upper strength and a flatter stomach.
My diet has been falling behind but I'm trying to get back on the wagon as to eat more fruits and veggies. I usually eat the same things everyday which consist of brown rice, eggs, tomatoes, and apples right now. I need more orange juice, beets, and greens.
I started incorporating vitamins and super enzymes into my daily routine because I started feeling sluggish and fatigued all the time.
I love this vitamin (called Garden of Life mykind Organic vitamin) which I found at Sprouts randomly one day and it was on sale. It cost me 54 dollars and it dropped from 75? I was like what a bargain! Then I found it on Amazon for even cheaper like 44 dollars. I was like whaaaaaaa?!!!! Why didn't I check here first?! But if it wasn't for sprouts then I wouldn't have known about it. THANK YOU SPROUTS!
Click no the photo below for the amazon link.

What I liked about this vitamin was that it is organic, non-GMO, and made from real fruits and veggies. It's packed full of the vitamins you need. There is both a men and a women's vitamin in this brand.
The next item which is the super enzyme that I take with meals is absolutely amazing. I feel less bloated and sluggish in the mornings. Enzymes are great for you because as you get older your pancreas and liver gets not worn out per se but it is not as efficient at secreting enzymes as you get older. This is to help increase the break down of foods into their parts such as carbohydrates into sugar, fat into the fatty acids, and the protein into amino acids. Our bodies take a great deal of energy to break these down and so taking enzymes takes the load off your body. If you ever have indigestion issues this is a great natural way to help with that. Here is the link below to get yours at Amazon for very cheap. I use the NOW brand but of course you can buy whatever brand you like since there are several out there.

I cut out coffee and energy drinks. I am no longer a crazy coffee addict! WOOOOT! Well, minus the crazy. ^_~
I'm glad to be back with you all and hope to write more reviews and hear your opinions. I'll see you in the next blog post!

100% Pure Creamy Long Last Liner In Blackest
Thank you so much 100% Pure for coming out with pencil liners! I guess it took them this long to figure out that some of us gals needed the good ol' fashioned pencil for our eyes. I own the liquid liner which is my absolute FAVORITE item from 100% Pure. I own a lot of their products from the primer, liquid foundation, tinted moisturizer, powder, 10 of their eyeshadows, naked palettes, blues, lip and cheek tints, mascaras, lip cremes, etc..
100% Pure Liquid Liner: $25
I ordered the pencil liner because I didn't want to use the liquid liner everyday as it can really make my eyes stand out. I like using it for when I am not at work. I wanted something with a little more control where I make feather like strokes and make a more lighter smoky eye. Also, you can't really use the liquid liner for your brows. =P
100% Pure Creamy Liner in Blackest: $22
Unfortunately this liner is quite expensive compared to your drugstore eyeliner which can range from 7 to 10 dollars. BUT! In return for the expense you are acquiring a chemical free eyeliner. Many of the drug store chemicals can be irritating and contain parabens which are cancer causing agents. The ingredients are made from a variety of plant oils, vitamin e oil, and mica which is what gives it the dark color.
This arrived in the mail today! I ordered three of these babies and I'm so excited to try them.
(it cost me a whopping $66 but it's so worth it!)
I personally recommend this eyeliner as it has a smoother and darker texture. I used the Juicebeauty brand below which is $16. It has a lighter and waxier texture. I did not use it for my eyes but for my eyebrows and it did the job. It's also all natural and free from harsh chemicals. It depends on how you like the texture. I personally would spend the extra $6 on the 100% Pure brand.

My Morning Breakfast: Breakfast of Champions
Here is my simple breakfast this morning. I love fruits and vegetables!
I have eggs because of the complete amino acids and B12. Especially B12 since this doesn't exist in plant items so I have to get this through my eggs and fish. These are essential building blocks of new cells for your body.
Raw beets and OJ "smoothie"
Raw tomato. Sauteed collard greens in organic refined coconut oil. Cantaloupe for dessert. :-)
I steer clear of most flour and wheat products. Eating as raw as possible is very important for your body.
What are your favorite breakfast items?

Bye-bye Curler! All Natural Curls Without Heat
You can get beautiful bouncy curls just like Jessica Alba here without all the expenses of perming, curlers, chemicals, or salons! You can do this all naturally without heat or chemicals.
Okay so I decided one day that I wanted to curl my hair without using the iron. I own the brand Remington curling wand [1/2'' to 1'']as pictured below. It only cost me 25 US dollars as of July 2014. I actually got this at Wal-mart (I don't shop there often because I tend to buy my items online). Here is the link to their online store for this wand.
Not my favorite curler.
But...
I noticed my hair getting just a bit damaged from the heat produced from the straightener and curler that I own. I do use it quite often. I also noticed that it took me hours to get my hair done because I have very thick hair. I mean very THICK! I almost despise having thick hair. All the thin haired people are going to be like whaaaaaaa?!!!! Lol.
So I started watching all kinds of Youtube videos on curling. There are so many different techniques! All in all, I ended up doing the one where you start off with one strand of hair and twisting it into a ball and tying it with a rubber band. You'll have several of these on your head. Make sure to part different areas of your head. It'll be time consuming the first time you do it but after that you'll get the hang of it and it'll be much faster. I promise!
I do something similar to this.
I absolutely love these new curls that I've been doing and it's all natural with no heat. I don't even use hairspray because it doesn't really need it. You'll see people use hairspray in the tutorials but I wouldn't recommend it.
There are tons of different and fancy ways to do curls with no heat. My tip is go with something easy and simple at first and then work your way to different ones like sock, straws, cocoon curls, etc. Let me know how that goes! I love the creative and fun ways people are coming up with doing different tasks.
Benefit: No damage to hair. It's all natural. It's inexpensive. Easy to do.
Cons: Time consuming. Learning curve.
Remember one thing though while doing this type of curling. Use freshly washed hair that is fairly dry. It can not be too damp. Do not blow dry either. The curls are not going to be bouncy and soft. Another tip is to do it after a shower and your hair is almost dry (like 90%) and tie your hair into twisty balls and sleep on it. Make sure each one is secure and you'll wake up in the morning with all natural curls.
What are your favorite ways of curling or styling hair?

100% Pure Concealer Review
As you guys already know, I'm a huge fan of 100% Pure products. I love to do their reviews on here so others would get a sense of what the product is like before they purchase it. As you can see from above they have three wonderful concealers to choose from. You were probably thinking the same thing as I was wondering which one to pick. I have not tried the brightening concealer yet but it is one I have to try very soon. I have tried and bought both long last concealer and everywhere concealer. Both have different purposes and perks. I'll briefly go over each product for you. ^^
Personally, I like to use them both at the same time because they are both different consistencies. The long last concealer is thicker and you're able to build up on it better hence better coverage on those scars, blemishes, etc.... I noticed that it's not so good on my drier areas of the face but if you moisturize and put on some primer then it should work out better and be more even.
The everywhere concealer is slightly sheerer and more liquid based. It's much better for those highlight areas or drier areas of the face. I use this mainly on my forehead and the bridge of my nose. I also use it on the top of my cheeks. Sometimes I use it on my under eyes. I don't usually use it for blemishes or scars as it still shows through no matter how much you build on it using this concealer.
So you still don't know which one to get. I personally would recommend both items. They both blend in well together. There are days where you'll need both! If you had to go with one first then maybe the Long Last Concealer because most of us get concealers because we have blemishes or scars to hide. The only downside is that it will cost more even though it is 21 dollars compared to the 25 dollars of the Everywhere concealer. The Everywhere concealer has 5x the amount of product compared to the Long Last. (Everywhere is 0.5 oz compared to 0.1 oz for the Long Last)
So whatever you decide I hope this review helped some of you guys out there in getting the right product for you! I will do a review soon over the brightening concealer. Thanks for reading and good luck!

100% Pure Review: Healthy Skin Foundation With Super Fruits
Item: Healthy Skin Foundation With Super Fruits
Full Coverage/Satin Finish
Size: 1oz bottle (30ml)
Cost: $35.00 (US) ***as of June 2014
It comes in seven different colors (as with most of their fruit pigmented face makeup).
Review:
Perks: SPF 20, antioxidant super fruits, vitamins, free from synthetic dyes, feels light on the face
Cons: Expensive, formula dries too quickly, can come off streaky and cakey, no satin finish
I decided one day that I needed a full coverage liquid foundation because I never used one before. I bought the peach bisque as it is my color in my other 100% Pure face products such as the powder and the tinted moisturizer and their two different concealers. All very lovely products by the way.
Here is what I got in the mail. My first thoughts was: wow the container looks like a mini version of the tinted moisturizer. I push about two pumps out and dab spots on my face to get even coverage and I rub it all over my face. Mind you, I did wash my face prior and apply primer and moisturizer. The foundation came out streaky and dried too quickly. I thought well maybe I didn't apply it right the first time or didn't put enough product. After a few days in a row and trying it with different combinations with or without moisturizer or primer or with more pumps or less, it still came out the same way. I can tell the product is amazing but it didn't look right on my face and then I had to top it off with powder on top to cover up the streaks. I decided to go back to my old routine of using primer, tinted moisturizer and powder. I found by accident though to use this foundation as a concealer instead and it worked out perfectly. This product actually works better than my concealer at covering pimples and scars which only covers it semi.
I love all of 100% Pure products and they all work out for me except for this product. Looking at the brightside, I found it to be a really good concealer though and I'm kind of glad because then I can use this instead as my concealer since it works better anyways and I get more bang for my buck. :)
Would I recommend this foundation to a friend? I probably would recommend something else instead like getting their tinted moisturizer which works better with powder or to try out their new hydrating foundation. I haven't tried that hydrating one yet so if I get that, I'll make sure to do a review.
Love you all my bonbons. Hope this helped! XOXO
June: New Hair & Makeup
So I decided to do a curly hairdo for my night out:
It was really easy but it was time consuming as I have tons of thick hair. Great combination! I used a curling iron and I did burn myself a few times. Ouchies! I want to do the no heat method as there are so many different videos on this method. I rather do it naturally anyways without damaging my hair.
Makeup: I tried to keep it simple. Primer, foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush....
I used the 100% Pure cosmetics brand. This is my absolute favorite brand of makeup. I haven't tried anything else yet.
UPDATE: 100% Healthy Foundation in Medium or AKA Peach Bisque. I prefer to use this as a concealer rather than a foundation because it builds up and dries too fast and it looks streaky and cakey. It's not a natural look. Trust me! I dab it as a concealer and it's absolutely perfect!! Cause you can build it up on top and it dries quickly and covers very very well. Probably much better than the regular concealer.
Last Week Of June Update
Happy last day of June everyone!
I can't believe how fast time is flying. Summer will be over soon and I don't want to think about it. Wahhhhhhh~ Lol.
My recent buys include: baking soda, washing soda, honey, lemons, wax strips, razors, and a curling iron. I usually buy these items online but I needed these in a hurry at the closest store.
My recent smoothie I've been making: mango and banana smoothie in orange juice base. This is sooooo yummy!

Before I went to go to my dentist I went to go get some Korean food. I got the salted mackerel. I love fish with the passion! It probably wasn't a good idea to get all this stuff in my teeth before seeing my hygienist lol.
One of my absolute favorite things to do on Thursday nights is go to the salad bar for dinner and pig out! OINK OINK!
I was eyeing these patties while shopping... DROOOOOOLS ^^
I've been doing weight workouts for my butt and thighs and needed some weights and these were perfect. I'm moving on up!! YAY!
I made dinner. I sauteed shrimp, collard greens, mushroom, tomato, garlic, onion...I ate all of it. It was so good.
Funny thing today: I haven't been to my parent's backyard in a very long time. My parent's have some "mad" gardening skills (hint of sarcasm). When the hell did we get corn stalks????!!!!! Lol!
How is everyone's summer going???
I miss you and love you all! <3 p="">3>

100% Pure Cosmetic Buy: Gift, Samples, Foundation
I've been running out of my favorite makeup 100% Pure. My foundation powder and concealer was running low so I decided to make a purchase.
This Healthy Foundation is completely new to me. It was the most pricey out of the items I bought. I tried it on and it was okay. It's the first day so I'm still trying it out. I'll do another review again. Overall, it's a good foundation.
This is the size of the foundation compared to the tinted moisturizer. I usually apply primer then the tinted moisturizer and then top it off with the foundation powder. I'm going to try the Healthy Foundation liquid and see if that will work well without the tinted moisturizer or powder.
I also got the Long Last Concealer. This is another new item for me. I bought the Everywhere concealer from 100% Pure before. It's pretty good but I wanted to try this one out. It's not as liquid consistent as the Everywhere concealer. The staying power is much better though as it's less likely to come off and it's water resistant. It's not as liquid or versatile as the Everywhere concealer. I might need both items to cater to different needs.
I also got a free gift with my purchase since it was over 35 dollars. :)
The bag is sooooo cute! I love pink anything. I got their luminous primer which I usually use under my foundation. I also got their lip and cheek tint in Cherry color. It's very bright and happy. I'll have to do a demo or something. I also got their illuminator but I have collected 3 of these already. I don't use luminating powder ever. I usually contour with blushes or bronzers. I also got their Perfect Pink Lip Creamstick.
The color is a bit bright for me but it's really adorable. I would probably wear this on special occasions as I'm not a huge lipstick person. I prefer nude lipstick colors with nude lip gloss. I LOVE NUDE! :)
I forgot to mention a small sample of their lovely mascara. I compared to their full size mascara below. I'm glad I got a sample size because I ran out of my full size one already!!! D=
THE END.
